Crescendo Development (Crescendo) is an upstart land development company based in Fort Worth. Pavlik leads the firm’s comprehensive strategic communications for its inaugural project, the redevelopment of a 150-acre former golf course in the Woodhaven neighborhood of East Fort Worth.

Pavlik was onboarded right before Crescendo foreclosed on the property, so Pavlik immediately developed a website and contacted media outlets, resulting in significant earned media exposure (especially in industry/business outlets including CoStar, The Real Deal, and Dallas Business Journal). So far, the team has organized three large-scale community meetings and numerous meetings with local stakeholder groups, city staff, and city council members. By proactively engaging all relevant public stakeholders, Pavlik has enabled Crescendo to incorporate community input into its development plans, a key step in rezoning and replatting the property for future development. Pavlik has effectively shaped the public narrative, fostering a solid relationship between Crescendo and the community-at-large. The consensus the team has nurtured over past 6 months has resulted in a vocal community contingency that previously opposed any new plans supporting a re-imagined iteration public space in Woodhaven.
